About Cathy A. Mannese
Knowledgeable & Experienced Legal Assistant
Providing the Highest Standard of Client Satisfaction
Cathy A. Mannese was born and raised in Brooklyn NY. In 1976, she moved to the Hudson Valley with her family upon her graduating from Bishop Kearney High School. In 1980 she married and remains married to her devoted husband for the last 43 years.
It was always Cathy’s desire and passion to become a legal secretary and right out of high school, she began working with a solo general practitioner in Ulster County. Cathy remained in that employment for 32 years uninterruptedly, and until that practitioner retired and closed his office. In that practice, Cathy gained a breath of legal experience in personal injury law, medical malpractice, real estate, probate, corporate law, business law and NYS Worker’s Compensation.
In January 2009, Peter M. Cordovano was thrilled to hire Cathy. Peter was well aware of Cathy’s vast experience and work ethic, as from 1986 to 1992 he also worked in the same office where Cathy did those many years. Cathy is a mother to her two grown children and devotes her free time to her two grandchildren. Cathy enjoys reading, dinners with friends and family, and just simply spending quiet time at home.
Since joining Peter M. Cordovano, the firm has represented hundreds of clients, not just a Worker’s Compensation and Social Security disability, but in various areas as indicated. Cathy has always enjoyed her work and does it with a smile and unmatched proficiency. Perhaps the thing she enjoys most is having personal contact with many different personalities that make up the clientele of Peter M. Cordovano PC.
